Climb on Lunca Valley for 1.3 km and at the last fence continue up along the stream for another 45 minutes to Fundul lui Neag Meadow. Turn right and in 15 minutes reach Vartoapele Saddle. Continue in the same direction and in 15-20 minutes reach Prislop Saddle.
